Director of Technical Account Services

Alec Pearce is the Director of Technical Account Services where leads he the charge on Customer Special Projects and Integrations ensuring requirements accurately reflect customer needs and the best solutions are delivered. Alec began at ITS working in a Technical Support role and soon began taking on leadership roles in larger projects. After proving his skill with speaking the languages of both programmers and customers, he rose to take on ITS' largest and most complex customer demands, and has to date delivered hundreds of projects. As ITS' customer base grew broader, he assembled a team to best help support ongoing projects and communicate clearly with stakeholders which he leads today.

Alec has Bachelor Degrees in International Relations and Humanities, with a minor in Japanese and continues to love learning and growing. In his free time, if he is not working on ITS' automated internally testing or exploring data engineering techniques, you can most likely find him out running trails, in a hammock reading, or at the stove making something delicious to eat. He lives in Philadelphia, PA with his partner and two cats, Hambo and Luna.
